An impressive track record, a passionate commitment

In her last position as founding CEO of the DC College Access Program (DC-CAP), a non-profit organization privately funded by leading national corporations and foundations, Argelia has improved college enrollment and graduation rates for DC public high school students. She achieved outstanding results over her 23-year tenure, including establishing lasting partnerships between educators and employers to reach their individual and common objectives.
